Overview for the Electronic Digital Theodolite Transit (5-Second)
With 5-second accuracy, the CST/Berger DGT10 Electronic Digital Theodolite precisely measures vertical and horizontal angles. This survey instrument features an optical plummet for easy setup, a vertical tilt sensor for maintaining accuracy and reticle illumination for consistent bright views.
This CST/Berger theodolite transit can take either clockwise or counterclockwise horizontal angle measurements, with either 5-second or 10-second angular readouts. The optional horizontal angle indicator will beep when the instrument reaches horizontal angle measurements at 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees, assisting with faster orientation. Surveyors can choose to measure angles in units of degree or gon, as well as switch to percentage of grade to determine slope.
The CST/berger 5-second theodolite includes an optical plummet that complements the plumb bob of old and allows for easy, fast and convenient setup. It also includes a removable tribrach that allows for convenient multiple setups on the job-site.
Easy to Operate
With the press of a button, construction professionals can illuminate the reticle and dual LCD displays, generating bright and clear views of the target and angle readings. You can easily set the horizontal or vertical angle to zero or lock the horizontal angle using the simple six-button keypad.
The DGT10 has a rugged water and dust resistant sealed construction and an IP-54 environmental protection rating. Four AA alkaline batteries power up the device and a battery power indicator displayed on the LCD screen ensures you are always aware of how much battery power you have left.
This CST Berger theodolite package comes with a hard carrying case, plumb bob, tool kit, drying cloth, rain cover, sunshade, hard-shell carrying case, batteries and 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
