Overview for the Leica Rugby 260 Grade Laser

The Leica Rugby 260SG is a single grade, semi-automatic construction laser for measuring slopes. With an operating range of 1,000 feet, this rotary laser has the ability to tilt and match your desired grade for accurate interior and exterior work. It includes a Rod Eye Plus laser receiver with 9 arrow display channels that extends its range up to 1,500 feet and a NiMH battery pack that powers up the device up to 40 hours. The Rugby 260SG also features a large LCD display with a five button keypad for easy grade entry.

Self-Leveling and Slope

Integrated with a self-leveling accuracy of 1/16th inch per 100 feet and grade accuracy of 1/8th inch per 100 feet, this Leica slope laser is ideal for site preparation, excavations, concrete pours and much more. It has a bright red laser beam and semi-automatic, single grade capability up to +/-10%.

The Leica Rugby 260SG provides easy operation by simply selecting the axis, then pressing up or down to enter the required grade. And with the Star button, you can conveniently open the menu and change settings.

Leica Rod Eye Plus

The included Leica Rod Eye Plus laser receiver has a working range of up to 1,500 feet, this device makes the Leica Rugby 260SG very efficient outdoors. It also has anti-strobe protection that detects only the Rugby laser and ignores the flash coming from other sources and two, large graphic displays on the front and back to improve reading accuracy.

The laser detector has three accuracies that allow you to work with a fine, medium or coarse band width. It also has three bright LEDs, 9 arrow display channels and audio output that allow you to lock onto the laser beam. This Leica laser sensor has a detection height of two inches and a versatile rod bracket that ensures solid mounting to both square and oval rods.

Additional Features

The beam masking function turns off the laser on up to three sides to prevent unwanted disturbances, allowing you to use several lasers on the same site.  This Leica dual grade laser also locks grade changes to prevent errors and alerts you if the device has been moved or bumped.

Built to Last

The Rugby 260 SG is one of the toughest and most durable laser in the industry with its high impact, glass filled housing and a solid metal base.  This dual grade slope laser is also dustproof, water resistant and works up to up to 40 hours using rechargeable NiMH batteries.

This Leica dual grade laser package comes with a Rod Eye Plus with bracket, carrying case, NiMH rechargeable battery pack, charger, AC power cable and a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
